Residents of Parkchester Condominiums told News 12 they’ve been seeing a rat infestation on their grounds.
“This is disgusting. It’s unacceptable. The amount of rent that we pay on a monthly basis, we pay toward maintenance, but the grounds are not being maintained,” said one resident.
