Sacramento police said officers arrived at the area just before 6:45 p.m. and found two people, the driver and passenger.
FBI arrest man for incident with firearm at Folsom High School
According to Sacramento fire officials, the vehicle crashed between two structures. No extrication was needed, but one victim was in critical condition and the other had minor injuries.
