The state’s development agency and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities are providing $38 million to preserve 73 units of affordable apartments in Worcester.
On Wednesday, the agency, MassDevelopment, announced a $21,400,000 tax-exempt bond will be used to preserve the 73 units. Spread across 16 buildings, the apartments are in the city’s Piedmont neighborhood, located near downtown Worcester.
