JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The new property manager for at least two troubled apartment complexes on Jacksonville’s Westside told News4JAX it is committed to addressing resident issues and pledged to be more transparent and accountable.
For weeks, the News4JAX I-TEAM has been reporting on ongoing problems at housing owned and linked to Peoples Choice Apartments, where residents have said they faced maintenance issues and deteriorating conditions.
