The big picture: The team behind Totopo Cocina & Cantina in Mt. Lebanon and Tocayo in Shadyside opened Camino earlier this month in the old Del’s Bar & Ristorante space along a busy stretch of Liberty Avenue near the Bloomfield Bridge.
