SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A SWAT standoff happened Thursday night in Kearny Mesa.
Around 8:33 p.m., a male suspect was seen outside waving a gun around in the 8600 block of Spectrum Center Boulevard, according to the San Diego Police Department.
