SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — An incident in the neighborhood surrounding Henninger High School placed the building on a brief lockout Thursday.
On Thursday, October 16, the Syracuse Police Department notified school officials of a shooting that took place in a nearby neighborhood at around 1:05 p.m., the Syracuse City School District said.
