DC firefighters tackle overnight row home fire

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. firefighters were called to a fire in Northeast early Saturday morning.

At approximately 1:10 a.m., the DC Fire and EMS Department (DCFD) said that units responded to a box alarm in the 300 block of 51st St. NE.

In an update at 1:30 a.m., DCFD said that the fire was under control and confined to one room on the first floor of the building.

Nobody was displaced, and no injuries were reported…
