Following the closures of What’s On 2nd and Iron City Pizza, many have wondered what’s next for the vacant corner in Five Points South.
Bandido Coffee owner Raul Chavez has confirmed plans to relocate his coffee shop from 20th Street South to the corner space, where he will also introduce a new brunch concept in the adjoining location.
Introducing Bandido Brunch & Social + Bandido Coffee
Bandido Coffee opened in Spring of 2024, bringing Latin-inspired flavors to traditional coffees—favorites include the horchata and the Mark Cuban, a take on classic cuban coffee. The café also offers desserts like pan dulce, a sweet Mexican pastry you likely won’t find at every coffee shop in town.
It’s currently tucked away in an alley behind Sanpeggio’s in Five Points, but by the end of the year it will have a new home in the former What’s On 2nd space. Next door, there will be a new concept: Bandido Brunch & Social…
