ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) – The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA held its second annual Fall Fest at UVA Discovery Park on Saturday, October 18, drawing families, pets and vendors for a day of activities benefiting the animal shelter.
“Being able to see the support, physically see the support, is truly amazing and very powerful for us,” said Libby Jones, executive director of the CASPCA.
