PENSACOLA, Fla. — Businesses along Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola are now trying to figure out how to navigate a six-month construction project.
The “Reimagine Palafox” project will give the entire street a $10 million facelift. The sidewalks will be widened, and the road will be resurfaced.
Construction on Palafox is expected to begin sometime in early January, but some of the businesses on Palafox are wondering what the city’s plan is to help them get through that 5-6 month construction period…
