OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — A prayer vigil is planned for Sunday evening for Sgt. Thomas Duran, the El Reno police officer who was critically injured when he was struck by a vehicle on Friday.
The vigil is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at Petree Plaza and Yougheim Park.
