RAIN TOMORROW MORNING, WINDY START FOR NEXT WEEK

Our next round of rain arrives overnight tonight, and it will be a bit more widespread than our recent rounds of showers. Localized rainfall totals could reach over a half inch to one inch in heavier storms.

After the rain clears out Sunday morning, we will be left with cooler and windy conditions. Wind gusts may exceed 30 MPH at times, and a Gale Warning is in effect for Lake Michigan. Breezy conditions are expected to continue through early next week with more 30+ MPH gusts through Tuesday.

A low pressure center will hover close to NE Wisconsin and wrap some showers back around with more northwest winds. This, combined with the cold front, rain, and clouds, may keep temperatures down in the upper 40’s for a chunk of region midweek.
