ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Saint Louis Police Third District and Intelligence detectives arrest a 42-year old man in connection with allegedly stealing several golf carts in Soulard and surrounding neighborhoods.
Blake Detter was arrester Friday and police found several firearms and burglary tools and cash believed to be from the sale of golf carts.
