St. Pete Pier fall festival and drone show on Saturday

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The weather in Pinellas County and the rest of Tampa Bay is finally starting to cool off, just in time for the St. Pete Pier’s annual fall festival on Saturday.

The event is free and open to all and is expected to last the majority of the day, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy.

The Pier will be decorated for the season, with plenty of photo opportunities to capture fall memories. In addition, there will be live music, local vendors selling art and treats, a pumpkin patch and a kids zone with games, face painting and bounce houses.

The grand finale, a synchronized drone show off the Pier to celebrate its fifth anniversary. The show, produced by aerial animators, will tell the story of St. Petersburg and highlight important moments in the city’s history.
