Warm this weekend, but wet next weekend

Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day around central California, with Merced warming to 79, Madera, Hanford, and Visalia all reaching 80, while Fresno topped out at 81. There was enough fog to drop the visibility in Hanford down to 1/2 mile early Saturday morning, but that burned off quickly and the rest of the day was pleasant.

Sunday doesn’t look much different, with most Valley locations warming to around 80 by the end of the day. This wonderful weather will continue through Tuesday.

We’ll change things up by Wednesday. A disturbance currently off the coast of Baja California will slowly move northward over the next few days, and move into central California by Wednesday. It’ll bring us scattered showers, and knock our highs down to the middle 70’s…
