SGA Update: Students vie for leadership positions and present new opportunities for campus life

The Student Government Association held their bi-weekly business meeting in Mammel Hall’s room 113 Thursday evening, appointing students to the First Year Leadership Council and hearing presentations.

The meeting featured presentations from Student Legal Services, the Office of Engagement and from students seeking SGA support for their appointment into positions such as FYLC ambassador, senator and agency director.

Resolutions passed for updates to the SGA policy index as well as Sponsorship of the Free all the Facts Policy Tour event set for Nov. 20.
