St. Cloud police said Officer Ryan Ebert, who was involved in a crash with a bus in Apple Valley while off-duty, has died.
The St. Cloud Police Department said Ebert passed away late Saturday morning at HCMC while surrounded by family and friends, stating they were honored to know him and will miss him.
“Ryan continued serving others as he left this life by giving others a chance to live through donating his organs as his final act,” Police Chief Jeff Oxton said in a statement. “Ryan’s dedicated 18 years of service to the citizens of St. Cloud will always be appreciated and remembered. We at the St. Cloud Police Department are honored to have known and worked with Ryan and will always miss his presence.”…
