Gonzaga students express concern over lack of shooting notification

SPOKANE, Wash. – A shooting occurred just after 7:00 p.m. near East Cento Avenue and North Cincinnati Street, only a short walk from Gonzaga University. The area is popular with students living off campus, and some students expressed concern about not being notified of the crime.

Spokane police have not yet identified a suspect or determined a motive for the shooting that resulted in one person’s death…
