AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man.
25-year-old Hugh Rouse Jr. was last seen on Sunday, October 19, at 3 p.m. on the 2700 block of Muscadine Drive.
