Glamping comes to Pymatuning State Park

If you love the idea of camping much more than you enjoy actually being out in the elements, there’s a compromise coming to select Pennsylvania state parks.

You can trade in your sleeping bag and tent for some soft sheets and twinkling string lights by going “glamping,” or glamorous camping.

Hundreds gather for ‘No Kings’ rally in Perry Square

The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) announced that glamping is coming to eight state parks in 2026, including Crawford County’s Pymatuning State Park.

61 outfitted sites will be available for reservation across the eight parks. No set up or gear is needed.
