FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – It was a big day for shoppers in Southeast Fresno as thousands of people filled a new Target on Tulare and Clovis Avenues, an area that used to be a big and empty lot.
“It was just an empty field with weeds, you know, some squirrels there,” Supervisor Luis Chavez said.
