We know Santa Claus is one happily overscheduled elf come December, but we have to imagine that October and November are also “full sleigh ahead” months for the North Pole’s most famous resident.
Exhibit A? The “World’s Tallest Fresh-Cut Christmas Tree” arrives at the Citadel Outlets, just off the 5 Freeway, in late October each year.
We’re not sure of Santa’s involvement with the selection of the stately specimen — peeking at Mr. Kringle’s calendar would surely put us on the Naughty List — but we have to believe some holiday magic is part of this tree-tastic tradition…
