Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police have arrested 36-year-old Jonathon Mead of Middletown following a shots fired incident that occurred in Newark’s Robscott Manor neighborhood.
Officials said on Saturday, October 18, 2025, just after 10:00 p.m., patrol officers responded to the unit block of Sanford Drive in Newark in reference to a report of a suspect firing a gun in the community.
