A 47-year-old man is accused of trying to escape deputies before and after crashing his vehicle into another car, leaving a woman dead in Parkland on Wednesday.
Donald Wayne Rownan, 47 of Forks, has been charged with second-degree murder, vehicular homicide, failure to remain at an accident resulting in death, vehicular assault, failure to remain at an injury accident, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, escape from community custody and reckless driving.
