Baltimore County Police are actively seeking information in connection with a shooting that unfolded in Catonsville on Friday afternoon. According to CBS Baltimore, the incident occurred at about 4:40 p.m. near the intersection of Wesley and Shipley Avenue, where responding units found evidence of gunfire, but neither the suspect nor the victim was present at the scene.

Law enforcement later connected the crime scene to an adult male victim who went to a nearby hospital to seek treatment for a gunshot wound, which appeared not to be life-threatening.
