Ohio woman accused of stealing $300K from disabled clients, has prior animal related charges

BELMONT COUNTY, OH (WTRF) – A woman who was in court two years ago for keeping 30 pets in deplorable conditions is back, this time on charges of victimizing people.

73-year-old Cheryl Howell-Goodwin is now charged with stealing more than 300-thousand dollars from developmentally disabled individuals.

She worked for Paramount Support Services and was in charge of managing clients’ funds…
