Hunters come across skeletal remains in Massachusetts state forest

A group hunting in a Massachusetts state forest Saturday morning discovered the skeletal remains of two people, along with an abandoned car and a suicide note, authorities said.

The remains were found deep in the Freetown-Fall River State Forest, a 5,000-acre wooded area in Southeastern Massachusetts, Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III said in a statement.
