EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man was arrested for allegedly owing over $100,000 in child, medical, and dental support obligations.
On Tuesday, deputies with the El Paso County Constable Office of Hector Bernal (Precinct Three) arrested 40-year-old Raymon Teruel for Criminal Non- Support.
Teruel was taken into custody on the 4800 block of Round Rock and booked into the El Paso County Jail without incident…
