HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A Silver Alert was issued for a 73-year-old Jackson woman.
Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Judy Ann McDowell was last seen on October 18, 2025, around 3:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Hill Avenue. She was walking.
Family members said McDowell suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment.
