LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – October marks Domestic Violence Awareness Month, shining a light on survivors who are still living in fear and the people working to help them.
Women’s Protective Services of Lubbock serves 12 counties across the South Plains, offering 24-hour support, counseling, and shelter for men, women, and children escaping abuse.
