MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A criminal complaint filed in Dane County Court reveals new details about a September 27 police chase that left a Madison police officer with severe injuries and his K-9 partner hurt after a crash with a tow truck.
Christopher Brugger led police on a 5.8-mile chase through Madison and Monona before crashing into Madison Police Officer Ryan Kimberley’s squad car, according to the complaint.
