NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Family and friends gathered at Brennan’s Restaurant to remember sous chef Carl Morgan, who was fatally shot Sept. 30 when carjacked at his son’s daycare in Mid-City.
Earlier Monday (Oct. 20), hundreds packed Schoen’s Funeral Home on Canal Street, where fellow chefs carried Morgan’s casket in and out of his funeral. Butterflies were released before the hearse departed.
