BALLSTON, N.Y. (WNYT)- Joseph Hess, the man accused of robbing a 76-year-old woman at a McDonald’s in Ballston, then hitting her with a car, was caught in Pennsylvania, sources tell Mark Mulholland.
A manhunt had been underway for Hess since the incident happened on Thursday, October 16.
A Colonie hotel was raided by police Saturday night in search of Hess. Witnesses said police were at the Econo Lodge Inn Suites for over six hours keeping some of them out of their hotel rooms all afternoon…
