SILVER SPRING, Md. (7News) — The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is searching for a man wanted in connection with attempted first-degree murder.
Deondray Darnell Osborne, 33, is accused of firing shots at a person who was parked in their car in a lot on 16th street in Silver Spring Sunday.
The person was not hit by bullets but their car was struck several times, MCPD said…
