The father of a woman’s child killed her other children’s father following a dispute over child visitation in West Baltimore last month, according to court records.
Charging documents show that police arrested 26-year-old Timothy Shearn for first-degree murder after he allegedly shot 26-year-old Deonaye Johnson in the 1000 block of Arlington Avenue on Sept. 9, 2025. Police blocked off the area around the crime scene after learning there was the possibility that Shearn had barricaded himself inside a nearby home.
