MURFREESBORO, N.C. – Following week seven of competition, Conference Carolinas announced its Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Runners of the Week on Monday afternoon. Chowan’s Zoe Schneider and Julius Riley earned honors for her standout performance’s in last week’s race against Elizabeth City State University.
