IDENTIFIED: 23-year-old man identified in Fresno County shooting

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man who they say was shot and killed Saturday night.

The sheriff’s office has named the man as 23-year-old Banwari Godara, who they say had recently been living in Fresno, but is originally from San Jose.

Investigators say around 8 pm, officers with the Fresno Police responded to a shopping center at Shaw and Brawley avenues.

When officers arrived, they found two men near an urgent care center with gunshot wounds…
