SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Four additional measles cases have been confirmed in Spartanburg County, according to state health officials.
The South Carolina Department of Public Health said two of the new cases are close contacts to known cases who have been quarantining at home. Officials said they were not present at any school settings while contagious.
