Woman Was Allegedly Kidnapped in Rochester
The thought of someone kidnapping a child has to be a parent’s worst nightmare, but a reported kidnapping in Upstate, New York, turned into a police chase early Tuesday morning and ended with a mother under arrest.
Police Chase Ensues
Weeks was last seen leaving her Birchwood Drive home in Irondequoit, but never made it to her reported destination in Rochester.
Officers tracked her vehicle to the Town of Greece. Then they say that at around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, several people got into the car and sped off.
A chase followed through parts of Greece and Rochester, ending back on Birchwood Drive after officers successfully deployed spike strips…
