BELTSVILLE, Md. — Two men are facing charges after police say they were connected to nearly 40 theft and burglary cases over 16 months.
Prince George’s County Police Department’s District VI – Beltsville Detective Bureau arrested two men linked to nearly 40 theft and burglary cases. Police identified the man as 27-year-old Paul Moegel III, who is facing 144 charges, and 31-year-old Christopher Talbott, who is facing 97 charges. Both are from Beltsville, Md.
