Potter County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 26-year-old Angela V. Arellano Monday at 11:50am in the 3700 block of I-40 East for Theft of Property greater than $100 with a previous conviction and an Out-County-Charge. Deputies arrested Ismael Barrera, age 24 Monday at 12:29am in the area of North Nelson and Amarillo Blvd for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd of more offense. Daimon Goodwin, age 28 was arrested Monday at 3:50am in the 8900 block of Amarillo Blvd West for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Failure to Identify as a Fugitive, Prohibited Substance or Item in a Correctional Facility and a City Charge. ###########
