Located at 1275 Jeffco Blvd., the site was previously home to a Long John Silver’s restaurant, which closed in August 2024. The 0.8-acre property has been owned by St. Louis-based Valcour Development since at least 2007, according to Jefferson County property records.
A ribbon-cutting for the new store was held on Monday.
