The cities of Meridian and Star continue to inch closer together, and a new 80-acre project with hundreds of homes planned for North Meridian could further narrow the gap.
Pre-application documents filed with the City of Meridian show plans for a total of 427 homes and commercial space for a project named Windsor Commons.
The site, located at the corner of Star Rd. and Chinden Blvd., is owned by Northwest Development Companies’ Travis Stroud. Stroud previously posted on LinkedIn that his company had acquired the property and was planning an “innovative mixed-use development.” He said the company expected to begin construction in “late 2027.”…
