A Carbon County man has died following a standoff Sunday morning with police at a Super 8 motel in Allentown, authorities said.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased as 62-year-old Mica R. Kincaid of Weissport. Kincaid died from a gunshot wound and the manner was ruled a suicide by Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
Just after 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Pennsylvania State Police in Bethlehem responded to the parking lot of the motel, 1033 Airport Road, to serve Kincaid with an arrest warrant. The warrant stemmed from a reported parole violation out of Carbon County, state police said…
