Nashville judge denies temporary restraining order on National Guard troops in Memphis

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Nashville judge has decided not to issue a temporary restraining order against Governor Lee’s deployment of National Guard troops in Memphis.

Despite this ruling, a hearing for a temporary injunction is scheduled for Nov. 3 in Nashville.
