San Diego teen left unconscious after violent attack at beach

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A local mother is speaking out after her 16-year-old daughter was attacked and pistol whipped and left unconscious at the beach near Belmont Park.

“She’s scared that something else is going to happen to her,” said Nallely Rodriguez, the teen’s mother.

Around 1 a.m. on Saturday, San Diego Police say Rodriguez’s daughter was attacked by a group of 15 people. Rodriguez says the group consisted mostly of males who beat her daughter outside the restroom at the beach which is located near the parking lot…
