LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the Little Rock Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.
Officials said 42-year-old Constance Chapman is missing. Chapman, a Black woman, was last seen near Philander Smith University driving a white 2014 Chevy Cruze, they added.
The post stated that Chapman is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds.

It is believed, officials said, that Chapman could be heading towards Atlanta.
