Miles Fridrich, who is charged with murder in the stabbing death of Conroe doctor Talat Khan, is back in the Montgomery County Jail after he was found incompetent to stand trial and placed in state custody for treatment earlier this year.
Fridrich, 26, was transferred back to the Montgomery County Jail last week after receiving treatment at the North Texas State Hospital in Wichita Falls, according to a bench warrant issued by 9th state District Court Judge Phil Grant in September.
The Texas Attorney General’s Office, which is now prosecuting the case, did not respond to a call for comment on next steps for Fridrich…
