A woman is dead after an 18-year-old man fatally hit her with his vehicle while driving drunk after leaving a party in Greeley over the weekend. According to the Greeley Tribune, 18 year old Jose Temoxtle, was arrested on felony charges of vehicular homicide while driving under the influence and failure to remain on the scene, as well as misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence and failing to report the crash.
